Prima Power Laser-Punch working centre that includes loading and sorting unit
This IoT enable laser-punch processes sheet metal sized up to 3000-1500mm with a thickness up to 8mm. The automatic loader can use two sheet metal types for production whereas manufactured parts are automatically sorted into 4 storage places. Metal scrap is also removed by a programmed unit.
A built-in inkjet marking system is very convenient for part labeling to facilitate part identification while product assembling.
Prima Power Servo-Electric Press Break
It is an innovative machine that combines productivity, accuracy, flexibility ad reliability with high respect to ecological aspects. EP-1030 is equipped with Prima Electro Open Control: MS Windows based, two processors, operator friendly 7` touch screen HMI. It also has a Laser safety solution. It can accept parts 3m wide and provides max. tonnage of 105t. CNC enable press break with 7 coordinates can be operated manually or automatically.
Press Haeger is designed to install most major manufacturer’s hardware, such as rivets, panel fasteners, eyelets, spacers, studs, nuts and standoffs in flat or preformed sheet metal assemblies. It is additionally equipped with TOX tooling.
Welding shop has TIG and spot welding machines.
The high quality is ensured by our experienced and qualified welders. Besides, our spot-welding unit is digitally controlled with up to 29 preprogrammed settings. All welding machines are equipped with cooling systems to be continuously in use.
