Digital transformation has become a roadmap for us to achieve better productivity and cost control. Our team of highly qualified designers and manufacturing engineers utilizes Autodesk Inventor® incorporated in Autodesk Vault® Product Data Management system. This allows us not only to make 3D product designs but also to keep and manage drawings. As part of our business, we are integrating our PDM system with cloud- technologies and IoT, this in turn enables us to develop products that are able to leverage IoT data to improve product manufacturing processes. For instance, NC code produced with NC Express® is downloaded to our Internet enable CNC machines (IoT) to be ready for immediate manufacturing.

The IoT data gathered from CNC machines provide us with real-time performance monitoring. As the outcome of total digitalization, we can minimize the waste of metal and maximize manufacturing performance to ensure the LEAN production.
